Not geeting calendar reminders

Very happy with the F5. Only issue is that I am not getting calendar reminder notifications. That is turned on in smart notifications, though.

Could it be because I am using a 3rd party app on my phone (Samsung A5 - using Business Calendar Pro)? If so, any idea how to get this working without having to revert to the stock calendar on the phone?

OK .. sorry for the confusion. I think I just found the solution (feeling a bit stupid right now).

For anyone else with this "issue":
- Connect Mobile
- Smart Notifications
- Menu at top right -> add
- Add the app that you would like to receive notifications from

I am guessing (time will tell) that was it.

I can't find the menu option you're describing here. Where exactly are you going to find "Smart Notifications"?

It's an option on the Garmin Mobile app "Settings" menu.
