watch face display glitches

Got my 5S yesterday and almost immediately started noticing display issues with the watch faces. I will update this thread with some pictures but the problem is that as the second hand moves around the face the display will glitch and basically repeat most of the UI elements of the watch face (minute hand, step counters, etc) but slightly offset from their correct locations. So I see everything twice but somewhat garbled. This happens constantly anytime the second hand is in the lower half of the screen (from the 3 o'clock to the 9 o'clock positions).

I've updated to latest firmware and reset the watch several times to no avail. Searched around and so far haven't heard anyone else mention this. Even though this sounds like a SW issue this watch is way, way too expensive for me to just sit around and hope for garmin to fix it so most likely scenario for me is that I'll be returning it shortly.

Doesn't sound like a SW issue to be honest, as you have resetted and updated FW. Sounds like a bad connection or corrupted memory or something unfortunately... would return and replace it if I were you.

Yeah... maybe not SW issue but what gave me pause is I took it for a run last night and the display seemed to work just fine updating data fields in the lower half of the screen in that mode, so far I've only noticed the problem with watch faces.

Anyway, purchased from REI so won't have any problem returning it. Just figured I'd post in case anyone else encountered this issue.
