Is there any sauna activity template/idea? Do you think 5X would survive sauna for 15-20 min? If you created custom one which fields are you using?

I have a Vivosmart 4 and I just pick “cardio” for the sauna.
I sauna at 90C for 30 mins every day and track my HR with it (I like to hit 150 HR in the sauna).
A bit off topic, but I think 30 minutes is to long. So thinks a Harvard study.
