Yes, but I think it's the increase in colours rather than the increase in resolution that makes the display appear much less pixelated, as the anti-aliasing is more effective with a wider palette.

That said, let's keep expectations realistic here: I also went from an F3HR to F5 and agree it's a bit better but not by much (neither in color nor resolution)

It's definitely noticeable, but like others mentioned font size/boldness and increased number of colors makes it MUCH easier to read when working out.
Agreed. The new fonts are much more readable for my poor ageing eyes.
I was disappointed at first when I saw the new fonts and the lack of a small font, but I have to say that they have made the watch much clearer in general use. I just download a smaller font for my widget so it has the same look and feel across f3 and f5 platforms.
