Hello all. Just received my Fenix 5X Sapphire yesterday. I'm not able to find or enable my internal temperature sensor. Are there different models or am i doing something wrong?
Go to Settings-Widget-Add New, then add temperature.

Why does my Fenix 5X refuse to give a temperature reading based on its internal sensor when it has previously been paired with a tempe? I have to disconnect the tempe (even though the tempe is not in range) to get a reading. It doesn't refuse to record an optical heart rate when the heart strap is paired but not available.
Hi everyone. I have a fenix 5x for 1 month now. Everything is fine except after 2 weeks my built in sensor stop giving data. It only shows this sign –––. Did several hard reset but nothing works. I return it and after a week i have it back and working already. But after 5 days of use,the issue came back( no temp reading). Any ideas/ tips? Is this a software or hardware problem? Thanks in advance.
Former Member - Please try cleaning your watch ports by soaking your watch in luke warm water for 5-10 minutes with a drop or two of dish washing liquid soap. You can also hold down your top left power button until your watch powers off, then let go.
