Training - interval setting on unit

Sorry if I'm missing something. But I have no option to set up a training program. Interval or specific peramiters. I thought I could do this on the fenix5. Do I need to create it on my computer and upload to the unit? Thanks

Well if you can't follow the instructions on Page 13 and work from that, maybe you need to return the watch.
