I just used my F5 with the swim HRM, everything looks ok in the activity but the portion of the daily heart rate data attributable to the swimming portion is missing, however the activity does include the heart rate information. In addition to this, the activity does not sync to strava. Any idea what might be happening here?

It's the same with other models as well. The daily heart rate data includes data recorded live only, it does not include data downloaded post-workout from HRM-Swim or HRM-Tri straps.

Spot on. Same with F3HR as well. Only live recorded HR is in the graph.
