Any photos of 5s Sapphire?

While waiting for mine to come (5s Sapphire Black), does anyone already got it, or saw any recent photos of it.

Only one I manage to find are the ones from several months ago.
  • Also ordered the same one a couple of weeks ago. Haven't seen it being shipped yet, only seen some in the hands of pre-release testers. Also any other 5S sapphire models don't seem to show up. Seems unlikely they will make the Q1 release date with this model :(

None. It really seems any sapphire 5S (of any color) is the unicorn of this launch, no one has gotten one at retail worldwide yet.

I have a 1/12/17 order of a black/black 5S and I'm dying here waiting while other 5/5X/5S models get delivered. Who knows why but it might be its the lowest volume version of any of the models, I suspect the plain glass 5S in white will be popular with women and Garmin's marketing the 5S overall towards women might make many men not even consider the 5S despite it being 42mm, identical to any LARGE men's size of Rolex and at a 42mm circle shape considerably bigger than the largest Apple Watch.
  • I see one show up here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BR_MysiBHSN/

But not sure if this is from retail store or some Garmin event.

Did you know it is also the same size as the Rolex GMT? ;-) (I get it, I'm showing my 40 year old small wrist man complex... I'll lay off LOL)
  • Ha Ha sorry,

i have quite small wrists and have a forerunner 235 and a rolex submariner.....

these are quite similarly sized but for me the biggest difference is the weight and combination of the weight and the steel braclet,

sometime espcially when its cold my rolex is very lose and slips up and down my wrist!

i wouuldnt like to trust an HR data from a watch used with the steel band!

i'm impatiently waiting on a slate/yellow fenix 5 and immediately getting a cirrus blue band, dont like the black fenix 5 as it has the red accents!

    That's not 5s sapphire.

Agree. It's the wrong body style.
