I read the manual but still not quite sure if this is a "new" feature or rather just a widget that collectively displays all of the physiological metrics. (e.g. Performance Conditioning, VO2, Training Effective, FTP, LTHR and Recovery Time)
I received the watch on Saturday so I havent recorded anything on it just yet.
Also, sort related question... can I transfer my existing metrics recorded from my other watch onto this one? I know I can manually enter FTP, Max HR and a few others or does it make sense to just let the new watch "learn" my fitness?
