While waiting on my pre-ordered sapphire black/black 5 I have time to of course over analyze. I have a tempered glass protector on my 235 that fits PERFECT (basically no way to even know it's there) and protects the screen well. So even though I bought the sapphire I'm also worried about scratching the black bezel. Wondering if I switched to the silver/blue if the silver is more of the natural bezel color therefore it would not show any scratches as easy? Then I would again just do a tempered glass protector for the screen. I hate the film ones but nice fitting tempered glass doesn't bug me at all. Don't really care about wifi as 99% of the time I have my phone and sync can go through that. Any thoughts?
I have the Brotect AirGlass for €4 my FR235 and it's perfect, invisible and not a single scratch over the past 2 months, unlike the plastic Savvies which quickly looked bad.
I'm also considering the 5s in Silver bezel but is anyone concerned about the fact that the lugs area is black? So if we were to use a brown leather band or some other band - it'll be a tri-color watch? The only option for black on black is to go Sapphire (which may no be available in the beginning anyways judging by REI pre-order opening)
Vet got the silver bezel F3 and the black case doesn't really stand out that much when I have the red silicone band on and don't think it will be different with a brown band.

I ordered Fenix 5 slate grey with black band this reason. I think that grey/black looks better with leather band. Best option would been Chronos with leather band but just silver in top of device doesnt look nice. I think also that grey/black looks smaller and its doesnt stand out.

Am thinking along the same lines.... but it's weird there's no slate grey / sapphire combination.... or am I wrong?
