Leather Band

I'd be shocked if a leather band is not released at some point.. I think Garmin is usually a bit slow on releasing bands so it might not be until a few months after release date...

I can't tell if this is an image of a 5 or a 5X but it does show a leather band..

Somebody at Garmin must be listening as the leather band now shows as an option in the compatible products section. Still no pictures however as it shows the silicone band image.

Just preordered my fenix 5 today in the UK and I'll be trying to pick up a leather band when they are available.

The leather band is without the quick release system? Looks great for bureau, but if I am going to run/swim, I wouldn't like to use a screwdriver each time for changing the band...

What makes you think it's without the quick release system?

It's listed on the Garmin website as a "QuickFit" band so I would expect it to have the same attachment as the silicone bands.
