I think it will be good to have one central place to have the latest news people here about the updated release date. DCR said it looks like early March. The garmin site says 5-8 weeks but thats the default time on all new products. Everywhere I read it says "By end of Q1" which is the end of March. Rei still doesnt have it listed yet either. Has anyone heard anything more specific?

I'm in Canada, and want the fenix 5s sapphire champagne model. Very pricey, but love it. I see Costco Canada will have it in stock May 8- May 12th. Best Buy approx mid April, and GPS City mid April. No March releases here in Canada. You guys in US and other countries are lucky. I may wait it out till Costco has it, because they have best return policy if it's defective or not what I want. No shipping either.
Just spoke with another B&H rep; they haven't gotten tracking info from Garmin and have no availability as of now (and aren't sure they they'll have it). Certainly a bummer :/
