Release date thread

I think it will be good to have one central place to have the latest news people here about the updated release date. DCR said it looks like early March. The garmin site says 5-8 weeks but thats the default time on all new products. Everywhere I read it says "By end of Q1" which is the end of March. Rei still doesnt have it listed yet either. Has anyone heard anything more specific?

I also want to order the F5 black sapphire from Up and running, but It is not clear if its black or grey? They still haven't answered me if it is still in stock, though. Maybe its over.

As far as I know, Sapphire is all black.

Edit:
Just saw on Garmin website, that Sapphire is in black and slate. The one pictured on U&R web is the slate version.

Are up and running a good company to order from? Is their delivery fast?

Just placed an order from Up and running. Hopefully they will ship it to sweden in short time :D

clevertraining UK shipped mine (Fenix 5) yesterday. So maybe on Friday it will be at home :-D

Just received email from Clevertrainig UK which they ask me to review Fenix 5. Only problem is that I havent got watch and either email or any kind of message that its coming. I hope that its on way because I want new gadget and my Polar V800 is totally broken.........

Ordered a Sapphire F5 - let's see what happens... ;-)

I'll post once confirmed on it's way to me. BTW - their website still says "on stock" for F5 mineral and sapphire.

Update: Order despatched - just got a track & trace :D:D

Did you call them to find out ? Their website isn't real time then since you can put 3 in your basket and checkout...
