I think it will be good to have one central place to have the latest news people here about the updated release date. DCR said it looks like early March. The garmin site says 5-8 weeks but thats the default time on all new products. Everywhere I read it says "By end of Q1" which is the end of March. Rei still doesnt have it listed yet either. Has anyone heard anything more specific?
It does, but only for the 5 (non sapphire) in black and only because it's from "The Watch Co" and fulfilled by Amazon. Doesn't seem like a regular amazon availability date.
I've just talked with b&h to check about the 16 they saying in there website and they told me that they will get big stock in the 16-20 and all the preorders will be fulfilled. So hold on tight- it's coming ....

My Slate Gray from HRM.com is out for delivery today and my black sapphire from B&H is suppose to ship on the 16th.. I chatted with them yesterday and was told mine should def ship on or before the 16th. I have overnight delivery on it so if it ships on time, I should have it Friday..
