The only issue I foresee would be the battery life since this is only with HR on watch and it is unlikely to go beyond 10 hours of activity tracking. This would be an issue for ultra marathons.

Bluetooth HR strap support! (gulp) - rumours of Polar supporting/converting ANT might have forced that.

it looks a bit like several products branded under FENIX. probably a good idea, if so.
So far I find interesting: So there are three different models. F5, F5s and F5X It's not called Fenix4 because that in Chinese translates to ‘fast rise to quick death’ Battery increased to 24h on 1s for the F5 (less for the F5S and F5X). Supports Strava Live segments Has maps built in (only 5X) Only Sapphire editions have WiFi.
I have the F3 and have loved it since I bought it 2 years ago. I am happy to see them add features that make the watch easier to use, and hopefully, even better than the last model. My watch is still killing it so I won't be upgrading to the 5 but perhaps in a couple years, the 6 would be in my sights.
