Data not syncing after Fenix 5X Plus System Software 19.30

Hi all

I updated my Fenix 5X Plus software to 19.30 on 31 December and now some of my data no longer syncs to connect.

Specifically HRM data stopped syncing immediately after the update.  Suspect this has now impacted Sleep, Pulse Ox, Stress, Calories in/out data which no longer seem to sync either.

Any suggestions to resolve?

  • I am sorry you have the issue. If it has continued, it could be a bad file on your watch or it might resolve with trying both resets available on your watch.

    Please try the following:

     Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
