Fenix 5 Plus: Can the track created by the walking activity be uploaded to the connect app on my smart phone?

I would like to display the track created by the walking activity on my smart phone using the Connect app ... is it possible?

If you have internet acceas on the phone, you can sync the activity and view it in Garmin Connect.

If you do _not_ have internet access on the phone, use Garmin Explore to sync the activity to the phone and view it.
