blue triangle

Hi! I have issue with F5x Plus. Can not power on it. i can see only Blue triangle when charging it or when hold Light button for 10 sec. That is it. Please do yo have any experience about unbricking the watch?

Please try the following:

- With your watch unplugged, hold down the top left power button for 1 minute.

Please try the following:

- With your watch unplugged, hold down the top left power button for 1 minute.

If your watch did not turn on, charge your watch. Give 15-20 seconds to see if your watch responds. If no response, proceed to the next step.

- With your watch plugged into the charge, hold down the top left button again for 1 minute.

If no luck, use the "unprompted reset" step in this Support Center article: (Try the step 3-4x.)
