Just got 19.10 but WiFi is still 4.01

I connected it to a computer, and interestingly enough the Garmin Express still said the 19.10 was available. I let it "install" it and it is still at the same levels. 

Rebooted and only thing that changed (I may have not have wrote it down correctly or fat fingered it the first time) is the Sensor Hub is now 2.41

Your software versions are showing correctly.

This was given as current in v19.00:

GPS: 2.70
Wi-Fi: 4.01
BLE/ANT: 6.15
SNS: 2.41

Update Software v19.10 shows:

Wi-Fi: 4.10

The reply from Garmin is not clear to me. The announcement about Firmware 19.10 mentioned "Software Version 19.10 and Wi-Fi 4.10". However, my Garmin 5 Plus has Firmware 19.10 and Wi-Fi 4.01.

When there is a Sensor Hub update, including all of the additional software such as Wi-Fi, it might not come across with the first update that is your primary software. It will arrive later with additional syncing through either Garmin Express or the Connect APP.

Not a Sensor Hub update, but Wi-Fi (unless W-Fi is part of the sensor hub update). I am still at 4.01 (on 19.10), not 4.10 with multiple syncs since I posted. Just an FYI. Not really concerned about it, just providing info. 

I have a similar experience. My Fenix 5+ got an update to 19.10 last night. The wifi remained in 2.50 (cannot remember exactly the last two digits). I then synced the watch using Garmin Express, and that notified about an update. Rebooting the watch then noticed the additional update and updated the sensor hub (I suppose). After that, I now have firmware version 19.10 and wifi 4.01, even after rebooting the watch and syncing again with Garmin Express.

The same experience, exactly.

WiFi was 2.5x before fw upgrade to 19.10. It was still 2.5x after upgrade (GE Windows), but then there was a WiFi update prompt on the watch itself and now WiFi us 4.01. No way to upgrade it to 4.10.
