System Software 19 vs. Beta 19: different WIFI version: 4.01 vs. 4.10

Latest public beta for 5s plus release19 has WI-FI version 4.01

Latest Release version of software for Fenix 5s plus is also software 19, but Wi-FI 4.10

Will Garmin Express detect the difference between Beta and Release with same Version number?

    Yes. When a new update is officially released, Garmin Express reviews a file on your watch that is updated when there are changes on your watch. IE: your official software and Sensor Hub software both seen in your Settings > About menu and the versions of your mapping installed on your watch.

    Based on what Garmin Express learns, it will then know what to update and provide to your watch.

    they had the title wrong...
    19.00 is a beta release
    19.10 is the official update

    Moderator: v19.10 reflects a newer official version. v19.00 was both Beta first then in release but v19.10 has replaced it.
