How to view a saved location in path in Connect which the location saved during activity?

Hi there,

I made a mountaineering and used "Climb" as the type on my F5X Plus, during the activity, I quit to the main menu and use "Save Location" in the shortcuts.

Just wanted to ask, is there a way to view the saved location in the route / path recorded by the Climb activity?

If "save location" is not the correct method, is there a way can do this? - view the path with point on it, or save in the GPX file of the activity?

right, this can show the point on the watch, is there a way can show the points in Connect APP or web page?

AFAIK, Saved Locations can be only viewed in Garmin Explore. Possibly in Base Camp too, but I am not familiar with it

BTW, if you prefer viewing stored locations in Garmin Connect, then rather than saving them in the GPS menu, I suggest marking the spots using the Lap feature. You can then enable the optional layer with laps on the map of the activity screen in Garmin Connect. If you decide to use the laps for marking positions, it may be better disabling the auto-lap feature in the activity settings.
