After the last update the battery life has gone from 11 days to two days, please any advice, I have changed the battery, I have performed a hard reset and it continues the same.

My F5+ never reached 11 days. I have to charge it around every 5 days with 4-5 activities per week (running, cycling, strength training). During my summer holidays I had to charge it at least every 2 days because I did a lot of hiking with the use of the maps (which drains the battery).
So without further information from your side it is not possible to give specific advice. When I had real battery issues (not just because of the use), I could always identify Connect IQ apps as the reason.
BTW: 18.0 is out there for 8 months now.
