I previously installed Quatro Watch Face (Quatro Watch Face) on my Fenix 5S Plus and used it for a month. During last week, this watch face had a problem. So, I removed it and expected to reinstall it via my Connect IQ (Android OS). It is very strange that Quatro Watch Face is not found via my Connect IQ.
I did a hard reset at Fenix 5S Plus. At my Android Phone, I did uninstall Garmin Connect, Connect IQ, and remove also Fenix 5S Plus from Garmin Express. Then, I install all components and pair it to the phone again. Unfortunately, I still cannot find Quatro Watch Face via Connect IQ.
At Connect IQ web site with my account signed in, I also do not found Quatro Watch Face. However, I can search for Quatro Watch Face without my account signed in.
May I seek for an advice what is wrong.
