i have today connected the Garmin Support Germany.
my problem is, that i can´t connect via Bluetooth to my Phone, Before all works fine.
i delete cache and data in Garmin connect try it again, not connection.
i reset full my watch, same issue
i make a delte all data and make reset -> same issue
i restart the phone and watch after it i press connect now on watch and search in Garmin Connect and i see like before for a short short time my watch and after it the connection dropped.
so i connect support we do all the steps again together and again same issue
we make a "master reset" same issue
after it the unhappy and really not fine Garmin support way, we can sell you an old watch for 175 Euro and you turn back your watch to us ( everywhere i get used one for cheaper money and don´t need to sent my old back)
really this was a really bad expirience.
i connect a 2nd time and ask, where i can reflash the firmware or debugging mode or stuff like this. no infos from Garmin.
however i check internet and found on Rededdit one information, which can be the reason.
My watch battery is really bad and it goes quickly empty, so i think it needs a new one.
however i need the partnumber and will order and replace the battery.
if Garmin support read it, really your customer handling is really really bad. i feel like i´m on a bad basar whre the seller try to cheat his customer.
has anyone similar issues with Bluetooth and battery?
