Fenix 5 shut down randomly while playing golf

Each time I play golf, the watch shut down randomly, and I lost the shots tracking.

I have reinitiated to factory set up, switch off Bluetooth on watch and phone etc…and I am still having this problem.

I am sorry there is an issue. Given you have already full master reset your watch, you will need to reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
