Sync FileTransferError timeout. My activities have not been syncting to my Garmin connect for a week now and nothing worksI

Synce the 27th of January, none of my activities synce so my Garmin Connec up anmore. I get the error message: FileTransferErrorTimeout. I have linked and delinked my computer and I have done everything possible but cant get it ficed.

I am sorry there is an issue. You might resolve the issue by deleting the contents of only your Activity folder using your computer. If you have already done that, there are two resets you can also do…

I am sorry there is an issue. You might resolve the issue by deleting the contents of only your Activity folder using your computer. If you have already done that, there are two resets you can also do.

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

If you still only receive the file transfer error, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.
