XC- Ski Not Saving

When I finish skiing I select the Save option (green circle in save) Then it says SAVE with a save line going around for a few seconds but then immediately says Ready. The activity doesn't record at all. Any suggestions here?

I am sorry there is an issue.

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Delete Data and Reset Settings: Resetting All Default…
