My watch has stopped tracking my activities and sleep in the app - these are the main two reasons I brought the watch. It randomly just stopped syncing to my phone via the connect app and I’ve tried all steps eg/ delete app reset watch turn off phone sync to computer etc but nothing has fixed it. The error is “file transfer error” is there a way I can fix this please? As the watch is basically useless at this point.
