Fenix 5X Plus Installing ANT and Bluetooth update driver

Hi, I recently bought a Garmin Fenix 5X Plus, and since the first time I turned it on, it doesn't have Bluetooth on it.

He keeps trying to install ANT and Bluetooth Driver Update, and gets stuck in it.

I made the updates in Garmin Express  and without success.

What should I do?

For any Fenix series watch, it is not normal it mentions installing a specific driver. When you update your software, it all gets updated at the same time.

Please try the following:

For any Fenix series watch, it is not normal it mentions installing a specific driver. When you update your software, it all gets updated at the same time.

Please try the following:

- Update your watch using Garmin Express on your computer.

If your issue continues, try both of these steps too:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

Since newly purchased, if you remain stuck in the driver install, please return it back to the retail or online vendor where you bought it from.
