Fenix 5X Plus - Problems with Skiing

My 5X Plus (Version 17.10) always stops after a few meters when I try to record my skiing activities (screenshot below). Had the same problems last year already. GPS is on full signal reception. Always starting the activity and then it stops. The problem is just occuring with skiing.

Can anyone help? Thanks a lot

I am sorry you are having an issue with the Ski activity. Your Ski Settings Auto Run feature is a possibility if you are having sensor issues on your watch.

If you continue to have issue whether using the feature set to Auto or Off to manually start and stop each run down the mountain, you can try resetting your watch.

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off
