Software 17.10: sunrise/sunset alarm delayed compared to the schedule

I noticed that if I set the alarm 10 minutes before sunrise/sunset, it rings 9 minutes before   and if I set the alarm one minute earlier or one second, it rings at the time of the sun event anyway
