Not receiving fēnix 5 Plus 17.10 update

System Software 17.10 is out and im not receiving it in Garmin Express.

Is there a link from where i can downloadit from?

You will have to wait until it rolls out. It may take a few more days.

As a warning, when the penultimate version was published I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get it.

As far as I remember I got it either on 18 th or 19th day.

EDIT:

I checked it using my earlier posts, and I was complaining about not getting it 16 days after its announcement, while I gave a feedback about it 20 days after its official release.
