Fenix/Alpha will not stay connected since last update.

Fenix 5/ Alpha

Good morning! My Fenix 5 isn’t staying connected to my alpha. Happened after update, I uninstalled and then installed again. I tried it with my husbands alpha as well and it does the same. Any suggestions? Anyone else seen this after updates? Thanks!

I am sorry there is an ANT+ connectivity issue between your Fenix and Alpha. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.

Was the connectivity issue caused after your Alpha software was updated or after your Fenix 5 Plus series watch was updated?

I updated both the same day. We own two watches and two alphas. His watch still works (Fenix 5 x) and mine (Fenix 5s) does not. I’ve paired with both alphas and it doesn’t stay connected to either. His software version is 21 mine is 24.10. I updated watches alphas and collars all the same day in prep for hunting season.
