Treadmill Calibration ??

Hey folks, I have been trying to get my watch to calibrate for the treadmill. Everyday the numbers are different. How accurate should I expect the calibration to be? Its usually off by .05 to .20. Anyway I have to re-calibrate after every session.

Hello

I wouldn't trust the distance on a treadmill with the watch alone. But If you insist on doing so, then please follow garmins own suggestion of calibration:

If you want accurancy you should invest in either a Garmin Pulse-belt that increeses the accuracy or at footpod - This could be one of the following:

A Garmin footpod SDM4 ( https://buy.garmin.com/en-MZ/ssa/p/15516 )
A Zwift Pod ( https://www.zwift.com/eu/shop/product/zwift-runpod) if you want to use the world of zwift
A Stryd device ( https://buy.stryd.com/eu/en/store) the most advanced, accurate but also most expensive.
