No longer syncing

Morning,

My fenix 5X Plus after updating to the 15.40 will not sync with garmin connect. It is also having a bad battery drain. Like 5% every 12 hours or so, I wanted the new apps, not your useless broken upgrades. I want 6.4 or whatever ut shiooed with back.

GARMIN, PLEASE GIVE ME BACK WHATEVER SOFTWARE VERSION THESE SHIPPED WITH. YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO UPDATES AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS. LET US DOWNGRADE. NOW MY $650 WATCH IS A USELESS PAPERWEIGHT.

They are sending me another watch. On to #3 since they do not make sure their updates won’t destroy a watch. I even tried the master reset they talked about and now it won’t connect to garmin connect. Let’s hope the replacement works.
