Old card stuck in watch wallet

I can’t remove an old card that is still in the Garmin wallet on my device. The card is no longer in the Garmin app.
Tried re adding in the app which added a second card on the device and then only removed 1 card when deleting in the app. Is there a way to clear all without the app and reload correct cards?

  • I am sorry our old card did not remove properly after you removed it from your Connect Mobile APP and synced your watch again.

    Since no longer in the Connect Mobile APP, the only means to remove the card from the watch memory will be to reset your watch:

    Please note, once done with the reset, you will need to Bluetooth pair again through the Connect Mobile APP and then add your card again.
