Fenix 5, Screen broken and unresponsive to Garmin express, total crash?

Hello Garmin,

During my holiday my Garmin Fenix 5 suddenly showed some vertical lines on the screen, then the screen went.... bad or broken, it seems to have crashed?

The watch is only about 2,5 years old (bought march 2019).

Pressing any button other then the light-button only results in a beep.
Pressing the light-button for ~15 seconds results in a reset, after pressing the light-button for ~2 seconds it seems to boot, but still showing the broken screen.
I have tried connecting the watch to Garmin Express v7.8.1. over USB on multiple computers, the Garmin Express software is unable to find the watch, so I'm

not able to update or flash it.

Found the solution via Bennie :-)

There is another method (non-vol memory reset I think it's called):

Power down the watch.
Power on and as soon as you see the triangle press and hold top and bottom right together.
Release top right on first beep.
Release bottom right on second beep.

Sorry, above solution did not work for long: After the mentioned reset tried to update the watch version tot 22.40 (watch is now in 12.30) and the watch keeps saying 'update failed'.

After a restart, the screen got scrambled again.

Resetting does not give me the (fuzzy) triangle anymore....

So I'm unable to do the below trick anymore.

This just happened to me today. I bought this watch $1000+ May 2019. This will be my third Garmin watch that has died in under 3 years. It's unacceptable.
