BUG GPS Fenix 5x+ open water (4h swim)

I was just a crawl.
GPS track caught an anomaly .. I changed the calculated km manually to 10200m but it was below 9000m

Did you let i soak for 5-10 mins before you started your swim?

Besides from that it is generally suggested that you keep your watch either in your swimcap or in the swim buoy

yes, 15min. Besides, I will not swim with my watch under the cap if it is supposed to collect information other than the GPS track.

the route was marked and one circle was 1020m.

It is not unusual that you get these anomalies - remember your arm is just above water for a second, so mostly et requires at very good signal before you jump into the water.

I myself (Fenix 5+) does not use the beta version, and do rarely have the problem and my route is usually "prettier" to look at than yours. Yours just might be because that you have not zoomed enough into to route.

If this happens very often I would then try to downgrade to the 15.40 firmware.(notice that the firmware you are currently running has been a beta firmware for a VERY long time.
