Just purchased a 5X Plus and love it (I like being a generation out). Only have one issue. I receive notifications that I have a text message to view, but I cannot view it. The watch does not seem to be able to download what the message is. Oddly enough, email works fine. With email I get both the notification and I am able to read the email just fine.
Any idea why the downloading of the physical text message does not work? Again the notification is fine, just the content of the message won't come over to the watch. From what I can see, all permissions on the phone are ok. I am using Textra as the SMS client.
The phone is a Samsung S10+
