Fenix 5 plus is still stuck into wifi issue

Hi friends,

I am stuck into wifi issue with my Fenix 5 plus for a long time. After going through every related thread on forums and tried many solutions but my watch has connected wifi yet to use Spotify yet. Solutions I tried:

Soft reset then connect wifi via Garmin express/Connect
Hard reset, swipe all data then connect wifi again
Test with another wifi (band 2.4G with abg), 4G hotspot

It does not work. Notification pop-up are no internet connection, wrong password. There are still lots of people stuck into this issue. Anyone can support us?
