Reporting bugs

There are a number of bugs reported here. But it isn't sure if anyone at Garmin reads them. After all, it's a user-to-user-support forum.

I don't any formal way to report bugs. Maybe using email has a better chance of getting to the development team.

For betas you can use the email address listed with the beta announcement; often [email protected] or [email protected].

And/or use the Share Ideas page.

Have the same issue; crazy when you spend $2,000 on a watch and have no real way to contact support!

There is Garmin Product Support in over 80 countries. For those outside of those countries, everyone is able to use chat support, email support, our forums, and reach out to our regional headquarters as needed. The country where you show you are you posting also has their own Garmin Product Support.
