Hi!
I'm trying to create a custom data screen for cycling.
When I try to add a power field to the custom data screen, normally you should be able to select various options like power, avg power, 3s avg power, 10 sec avg power, etc.
Instead when I'm trying to select one of these fields the options flash on the screen for a second, but then I'm automatically taken back to the previous menu.
Do others have this problem too?
Can someone try to reproduce this?
Here are the steps:
- start a bike activity (top right button, choose bike)
- hold the middle button to bring up settings
- choose 'bike settings'
- choose 'data screens'
- scroll to the bottom and choose 'add new'
- choose 'custom data'
- pick any layout
- you will be asked to choose a field, choose 'power fields'
- you will be presented with a bunch of options (power, power zone, etc), each of these has a submenu to pick the actual field you want to show
- pick any option, eg. 'power'
- you'll see a flash of a submenu, but you can't pick the actual field. You will be brought back to step 8 (after which the menu acts a bit inconsistent)
I already did a soft reset and a full reset. Will try to do a full factory reset, which assumes brings it back to the original firmware to see if that helps.
