Incident detection fenix 5 plus

My fenix 5 plus has never detect incidents. After falling in different MTB rides, nothing happened. The incident detection is ON, emergency contacts set, and the Garmin connect on. The emergency button woks well when I try manually.

Incident detection is supposed to be triggered with a simple and smooth fall. I tried with other activity to simulate but nothing worked.

Has anyone tried this feature?

PS: firmware up to date.

I have had mine trigger an incident after falling on a trail run once, but I have had several other cases where I have fallen what I consider harder but not triggering, so I guess it depends very much on how the body moves during the fall.

It works for me, including a couple of "false positives"

Well, I consider I'm lucky as I had only small and smooth falls. ;-)
