Does screen capture work with data upload set to off?

I suppose screen capture does not work without data upload enabled, but just in case I'm missing something or looking in the wrong place: where in Connect Mobile could you see the result of a screenshot? Or is it only visible in Connect Web?

If you mean taking a screenshot of the watch's display, those screen captures are only stored in the watch and can be transferred by USB cable:
support.garmin.com/.../
