I have some problems with My favorite Fenix5 Plus. I am wondering, IS THIS HARDWARE problem?
1- Unknown USB device with yellow triangle (device descriptor request failed.
Still changing.
Have tried:
- different computer/ USB 2.0 or 3.0/
- the latest USB drivers.
- resetting to factory settings.
- changing USB mode to MTP.
- the trouble shooting protocols provided by garmin support webpages, eg power off first and connect to USB meanwhile pressing START/STOP button 30 seconds...
2- no WIFI networks found.
Have tried:
- Changing Router to short SSID / b/g mixed / channels 1-11
Now the firmware is 14.0, looks like I cannot get any upgrade with bad USB and wifi connection.
SO is it the common problem for fenix 5/5+ series? and any advice from folks?
