  • Thank you development team! I'm sure a lot of folks will appreciate it if the training status update fix works.

Just one teeny thingy that still bugs me a little since 13.00: course scrolling is still not working right.

  • Installed- tested and still does not solve the issue  where Training status would no longer update via Physio TrueUp

Garmin - you need to have QA team to evaluate your SW..as things looks like you haven't checked the issue at all

    very bad

  • It does appear to have fixed it, having now done an activity since updating. It does not sync historic data, but appears to sync all data since the update.

    thanks Garmin for the fix

  • my fenix 5 plus did crash a number of times while syncing with Garmin Explore. Just like on the fenix 6x pro courses created in the Explore app are corrupted (No data when trying to navigate, no preview map,..) I Will probably reset the watch later today and try again.. bug report will be send as Well.

  • I've updated my 5x plus to v15.

Recorded an activity on an Edge 530 and synced the Edge and Fenix to Garmin Connect.

My watch reports the Vo2 but no training status.

    :-(

  • Same here!

As said earlier in my preivis post,:

Garmin - you need to have QA team to evaluate your SW..as things looks like, you haven't checked the issue at all!!

  • I can also confirm that this version fixes training status. What I did was delete all history and activities from watch via the watch menu. Turned off physio true up via the app. Synced again. Turned on. Synced again. Training status went from 4 to 140 which is much closer to my Edge 530. After recording an activity today from my 530 it also updated on my fenix 5x plus as well and training status both went up.

  • Ok, I have tried the method described by J4m3z420, and the Fenix 5 plus, did update the training status, however not the the exact values(517 @ fenix;651 @edge) on both devices.

to sum up:  much netter than getting no value at all, so thank you J4m3z420, and shame on you Garmin, for not providing any guidance for the procedure.

  • I'm unable to switch between music providers mid-activity now (this existed in the previous beta as well). When I look at my music providers during an activity only the active source shows - no option at all to switch from one app to another, or even to the internal source.
