Apps not updating (stuck in queued)

I've tried resetting cache/data on connect iq app, I tried looking in connect.garmin.com for pending downloads (there were none).  I tried using Garmin Express which just keeps trying to install two updates (one watch face, and one music app).  But it is not  updating on the watch.

I tried rebooting the watch before using garmin express.

Any ideas?

  • Well, Garmin express was able to install it when I tried again.  Not sure what was up.  Below is the pop-up I was getting and answering "allow" to.

  • The Connect IQ app gets the weirds. You're better off using the Connect mobile app...

    Connect app>Menu>Garmin Devices>Select Connected Device>Appearance>Select Category>Scroll Through and Select Watchface or Widget With an Update.
