New network with genexis router and now my Fenix 5X plus won't connect to the WIFI

Since i have this new router i allways get connection failed. I set de router to both 2.4 en 5ghz but no succes so far. Anybody who can help please

If you have both 2.4 and 5GHz networks make sure you can clearly identify them and point the F+ to the 2.4 GHz network.

Yes ive tried, but still no succes. In my opinion i yried everything but no succes so far
