Hi my garmin Fenix 5 Plus has been stuck on startup (between the startup triangle and the loading of the maps) it's been cycling infinitely between the two screens. I have tried both a soft and hard reset. The watch doesn't respond to a soft reset. The hard reset seems to bring the watch back to normal, until it is switched off manually and started up again, that's when the problem arises again. The hard reset doesn't seem to fix the underlying problem. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Thank you. Also would be nice if you guys at Garmin had a dedicated troubleshooting and bug reporting feature on garmin express or garmin connect, can't seem to find one.
