Fenix 5X Plus

My previous F5X+ has broken, it's just shutdown and can not turn on, even try to hard reset. Luckily, my F5X+ warranty still valid.

I got a new F5X+ in replacement, but now, another thing happen every day, F5x+ just shutting down randomly, without noticed. At least one per day, I have to turn on my F5X+, battery remains high > 70%.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks guys.

Never had this problem. I would update to the newest firmware (14.0), remove ALL 3rd party apps, reinstall the maps and restart the watch. If then the problem persists, I would contact Garmin.
